Our philosophy

We take the maximum possible care of the psychological well-being of our dogs, systematically preparing them for challenging situations in such a way that the experience is as stress-free as possible for them. That is why you will not often see us at indoor shows or mass events, because there we coin the motto "less is sometimes more".

We work using force free training (or modern ethical training) without punishment and pressure, we try to inspire other greyhound owners that they can also exercise and train in a way that they enjoy.

Our priority is satisfied, balanced and healthy dogs.

Borzoi training

Although the Borzoi is not a working dog, with a well-adjusted training management he enjoys training. We are advocates of force-free (or also modern ethical) training and we work with dogs using positive reinforcement. We do not use punishment or pressure in training and this approach suits our dogs. With the help of well-adjusted training methodologies and management, our dogs enjoy training and learn well and quickly.

I have been working with trainer Jakub Slavík for a long time. During training, we focus mainly on operational obedience for comfortable coexistence and walking in the forest and the city, as well as on treatment with consent. I participate in a number of seminars and webinars from individual training topics to care for the musculoskeletal system. For example, at František Šusta, one of my favorites is the Kozo-lama camp, which is focused mainly on the work and perception of the handler. My favorite are Lenka Blachová's communication lessons, which are a kind of canine language lesson where we learn to read inter-canine communication and dog signals. This helps me better understand not only my dogs, but also deepens our relationship and trust.
